Booking Agreement
Sacred Egypt with THEO
November 7 – 18, 2026

This Sandy’s Sacred Journeys Booking Agreement (“Booking Agreement”) is a legal document between Sandy’s Sacred Journeys, LLC (“SSJ”) and you (“Tour Guest or You”).  

Tour Guest Acknowledgment  

The following represents the Terms and Conditions of this Booking Agreement of the Sacred Egypt with THEO Tour dated November 7 – 18, 2026 (“Tour”): 

Each Tour Guest must SIGN this Booking Agreement. A copy of the signed Booking Agreement will be sent to You via the email address You provide below. 

Tour Price Inclusions 

  • Accommodation:
  • 02 Nights in Cairo at Mena House Hotel (Garden View) or similar
  • 07 Nights Charter at Luxury Nile Cruise (all meals included)
  • 02 Nights in Cairo at Four Seasons Giza Hotel (Superior Room) or similar
  • Occupancy is based on double occupancy (two Tour Guests per room - two beds or a couple sharing a King bed). Single occupancy is available at an additional cost
  • Included Features:
    • 03 Interactive THEO Sessions
    • Private ceremonies at certain sacred sites
    • Meditations with THEO
    • Entrance fees for all sights mentioned in the itinerary.
    • Most meals are included – 2 Dinners and 1 Lunch are on your own
    • Welcome & Farewell Dinner events
    • Special Dinner at Luxor Temple - Under the Stars
    • VIP Greeting upon arrival at Cairo airport
    • All transfers / transportation by private air-conditioned coach
    • Domestic coach air ticket Cairo / Luxor & Luxor / Cairo.
    • Private English-speaking Egyptologist throughout the whole trip.
    • Porterage fees
    • All hotel taxes, service charges, and government sales tax
    • Gratuities for all group activities

Tour Price Exclusions 

  • Entry visa to Egypt (upon arrival $25 in USD)
  • International Air Ticket
  • Travel Insurance and Health Insurance
  • Drinks and 3 meals not listed in Tour Proposal
  • Personal costs such laundry, spa, private tips
  • Note: Any increases in entrance fees or ticket prices may result in additional costs. Tour Guest will be notified of such changes with a payment link.

Tour Pricing 

  • $14,995 Regular Price per person based on double occupancy 
  • Soul Travelers receive a $500 discount if booked by November 15. Soul Travelers have traveled with THEO on a previous tour. 
  • Single Supplement: $3,250 

Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of $2,200 is required upon signing the Booking Agreement. 

Payment Options Regular Price

  • Credit Card Options: After initial $2,200 non-refundable deposit (No credit card fees).
  1. (8) Monthly auto payments of $1,599 from January 4 to August 4, 2026. Late sign-ups will have an adjusted payment schedule. 
  2. OR (3) payments of $4,265 due by January 4, May 4, and August 4, 2026 (an invoice will be sent prior to each due date along with the payment link.)
  3. OR (1) time single payment of $14,995(which includes deposit).

Payment Options Soul Traveler Price

  • Credit Card Options: After initial $2,200 non-refundable deposit (No credit card fees).
  1. (8) Monthly auto payments of $1,537 from January 4 to August 4, 2026. Late sign-ups will have an adjusted payment schedule. 
  2. OR (3) payments of $4,098 due by January 4, May 4, and August 4, 2026 (an invoice will be sent prior to each due date along with the payment link.)
  3. OR (1) time single payment of $14,495(which includes deposit).
  • Other Payment methods: Include Personal checks, Cashier’s Checks, Wire transfers, Wise, or Zelle. Contact Holly Johansen for arrangements holly@sandysacredjourneys.com.
  • Single supplement: 3 additional payments of $1,084 or 1 payment of $3,250 
  • Booking After June 15, 2026: Availability dependent. Tour cost must be paid at 50% at time of booking, and balance no later than August 6th, excluding add-ons like extra nights. 

Occupancy and Roommates 

  • Tour price is based on double occupancy. 
  • Tour Guests seeking double occupancy, please note: 
  • Tour Guests are encouraged to pair with a roommate. Upon request, SSJ will assist in finding a roommate. Please note, roommate match-up is based on availability.  
  • If double occupancy is not achieved by August 15, 2026, the single supplement fee of $3,250 may apply. 
  • Roommate Consideration: To ensure a comfortable living environment for all, please be considerate of your roommate. If you tend to snore or create noise that disrupts others' sleep, you may be required to book a private room during the Tour at your own expense. 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Deposit: Non-refundable 
  • Refunds:
  • Cancel by February 15, 2026: Full refund (of payments made) minus $2,200 deposit
  • Cancel by April 15, 2026: 50% refund (of payments made) minus $2,200 deposit 
  • Cancel on or after June 15, 2026: No refund 

Pre & Post Tour Accommodation Nights 

  • Pre & Post accommodation nights may be available at extra cost.
  • Marriott Mena House $ 347pp double $652 single
  • The Four Seasons Nile Plaza $290pp double or $507 single, Contact Holly Johansen at holly@sandysacredjourneys.com.
  • Pre & Post accommodation nights include buffet breakfast.

NOTE: Pre & Post accommodation nights are based on availability.  Rates are not guaranteed - prices may increase based on the hotel's inventory at time of booking.  Book Early to ensure availability and pricing at these iconic hotels.

 

  • Pre & Post accommodation nights are outside the scope of the Tour. No SSJ or THEO services or itinerary shall be provided to or for Tour Guest.  

Flights 

  • Tour Guest may book their own flights, however, SSJ can assist with flight arrangements. 
  • Booking Fees: $50 per ticket for round-trip flights, and $100 per ticket for round-trip Business Class flights. 
  • These fees are additional to the ticket cost and non-refundable.
  • SSJ is not responsible for flight management, seat assignments, or any travel-related issues. 

Travel Insurance 

  • SSJ highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect You and your investment. Tour Guest may book insurance on your own or book through SSJ, which offers various options for US citizens at no additional service fee. Contact information will be provided after you register.  "Cancel for any reason" insurance must be purchased within 15 days of deposit receipt. If insurance is not purchased, a waiver must be signed to travel with this Tour.

Travel Documents 

All guests will need a valid passport to travel to Egypt. Visa requirements vary by nationality, but most travelers will be able to get a tourist visa on arrival at the airport in Cairo.

 What You’ll Need:

  • Passport:

    • Must be valid for at least 6 months after November 5, 2026 (valid through May 20, 2027). Renew if necessary.

    • This applies to all

  • Tourist Visa (Visa on Arrival):

    • Most guests (including those from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and many European countries) can get their visa when they land in Egypt.

    • Cost: $25 USD in cash (Euros are often accepted as well).

    • Our local partner will assist Tour Guests with the visa process upon arrival.
  • Always confirm the most current requirements with official sources in your country of origin and/or your airline as your travel date approaches to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date information.

Health and Safety Regulations

  • Keep updated on health regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other health concerns, as they can evolve. 

Baggage 

  • Check with your airline for baggage size and weight regulations.

Responsibility 

Indemnification 

By signing this Booking Agreement, the Tour Guest agrees to hold harmless Sandy’s Sacred Journeys, LLC and The Theo Group, Inc, Cary Travel Express, Egypt Gate Travel, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third-party service providers (including but not limited to Marriott Mena House, Four Seasons Hotels, and Cruise Line) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Tour, including but not limited to:  

  1. Tour Guest’s Actions: Any act or omission by the Tour Guest including but not limited to negligence, failure to follow instructions, or breach of the terms of this Booking Agreement. 
  2. Travel Arrangements: Any issues related to travel arrangements, including but not limited to missed flights, delays, changes in itinerary, or cancellations caused by airlines, other transportation providers, or external factors beyond SSJ’s control. 
  3. Medical Emergencies: Any medical conditions or emergencies occurring during the Tour, including but not limited to inadequate medical facilities or services at certain destinations, and any costs related to medical treatment or evacuation. 
  4. Force Majeure Events: Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond SSJ’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events. 
  5. Travel Documents and Requirements: Any issues arising from the Tour Guest’s failure to secure necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas), comply with health or vaccination requirements, or adhere to any entry or exit regulations of the destinations included in the Tour. 
  6. Travel Insurance: The Tour Guest’s decision not to purchase travel insurance or the choice of travel insurance coverage, including any related claims or issues with insurance policies. 

Limitation of Liability 

  1. Scope of Liability: SSJ, The Theo Group, Inc., Cary Travel Express, and their respective affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress.
  2. Independent Contractors: Egypt Gate Travel, and Cary Travel Express act solely as intermediaries for independent suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and other service providers. SSJ, Cary Travel Express, and Egypt Gate Travel shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of independent suppliers. 
  3. Supplier Terms: All travel services and arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective independent contractors/suppliers. The Tour Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified by each independent supplier and understands that these terms may limit or exclude liability. 
  4. Maximum Liability: The maximum liability of SSJ, The Theo Group, Inc.and their affiliates shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Tour Guest for the Tour, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. 

No Modification of Terms 

Only an authorized representative of SSJ may alter, add to, or waive any term or condition of this Booking Agreement. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SSJ.  

Acknowledgment & Agreement 

By signing this Booking Agreement, the Tour Guest confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
