This Sandy’s Sacred Journeys Booking Agreement (“Booking Agreement”) is a legal document between Sandy’s Sacred Journeys, LLC (“SSJ”) and you (“Tour Guest or You”).  

Tour Guest Acknowledgment  

The following represents the Terms and Conditions of this Booking Agreement of the Luminous & Mystical Morocco with Howard Caesar Tour dated October 17-26, 2027 (“Tour”): Each Tour Guest must SIGN this Booking Agreement. A copy of the signed Booking  Agreement will be sent to You via the email address You provided below. 

Tour Price Inclusions 

• 5-Star Accommodation 9 nights:
  • (2) Nights in Casablanca at Barcelo Anfa or similar
  • (3) Nights in Fez at Palais Amani Riad or similar
  • (4) Nights in Marrakech at Jadali Hotel or similar
• Occupancy: Based on double occupancy (two guests in double beds per room - or a couple sharing a bed). Single occupancy is available at an additional cost.

• Included Features: 
  • 3 sessions with Howard Caesar
  • Entrance fees for all sites in itinerary
  • Tips for all group activities
  • Daily Breakfast (9 mornings)
  • 4 Lunches and 5 Dinners as per the itinerary
  • Private Airport Transfers per itinerary
  • Touring in private luxury bus with unlimited mineral water
  • Gratuities Included for All Group Activities
  • Service Fees and Local taxes included
  • Porterage

Tour Price Exclusions 

• International Airfare
• Tips for individual airport transfers & housekeeping staff or when on your own.
• All drinks
• Any meals not included in your itinerary
• Personal expenses such as spa appointments, sim cards or laundry
• Personal Travel Insurance (strongly recommended)

Note: Any increase in entrance fees or taxes beyond SSJ control may result in additional costs. Tour Guest will be notified of such changes with a payment link. Tour itinerary may be altered based on local closures or changes that affect the current plan.

Tour Pricing 

Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required upon signing the Booking Agreement. 

Payment Options 

• Credit Card Options: After the initial $1,500 non-refundable deposit (No credit card fees). 
  1. (6) Monthly auto payments of $1083 from January 10, 2027 to June 10, 2027. Late sign-ups will have an adjusted payment schedule.
  2. OR (3) payments of $2166 due by February 10, April 10, and June 10, 2027 (a reminder email will be sent prior to each due date along with the payment link.)
  3. OR (1) time single payment of $7,997 (which includes deposit).

• Single supplement: 3 additional payments of $823 or 1 payment of $2479
• Booking After June 10, 2027: Tour availability dependent. Tour costs must be paid in full at the time of booking, excluding add-ons like extra nights. 

Occupancy and Roommates 

• Tour price is based on double occupancy. 
• Tour Guests seeking double occupancy, please note: 
  • Tour Guests are encouraged to pair with a roommate. Upon request, SSJ will assist in finding a roommate. Please note, that roommate match-up is based on availability.  
  • If double occupancy is not achieved, the single supplement fee of $2479 may apply to the last sign-up without a roommate.
• Roommate Consideration: To ensure a comfortable living environment for all,  please be considerate of your roommate. If you tend to snore or create noise that disrupts others' sleep, you may be required to book a private room during the Tour at your own expense. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Deposit: Non-refundable 
• Refunds: 
  • Cancel by April 15, 2027: Full refund (of payments made) minus $1,500 (deposit)
  • Cancel before April 15, 2027: 50% refund (of payments made) minus $1,500 (deposit)
  • Cancel on or after June 10, 2027: No refund

Pre & Post Tour Accommodation Nights 

• o Pre and post-tour accommodation nights may be available at an additional cost. While not necessary, booking a pre-night in Casablanca can be helpful for adjusting to the time difference, and/or after an overnight flight, we recommend reserving early to secure the best rates and availability.
  • Pre Night in Casablanca (only 1 night available – and limited)
    Single: $259/ Double: $150pp (plus extra transfer fee)
  • Post Night in Marrakesh (only 1 night available—and limited)
    Single: $343/ Double: $175pp (plus extra transfer fee)
• Pre & Post accommodation nights are outside the scope of the Tour. No SSJ or Howard Caesar services or itinerary shall be provided to or for Tour Guest.

Flights 

• Tour Guest may book their own flights, however, SSJ can assist with flight arrangements.
• Booking Fees: $50 per ticket for round-trip flights, and $100 per ticket for round-trip Business Class flights.
• These fees are additional to the ticket cost and non-refundable. 
• SSJ is not responsible for flight management, seat assignments, or any travel-related issues.  

Travel Insurance 

• SSJ highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect You and your investment. Tour Guest may book insurance on their own or book through our affiliated agency, Cary Travel Express which offers various options for US citizens at no additional service fee. Contact information will be provided after You register. "Cancel for any reason" insurance must be purchased within 15 days of deposit receipt. If insurance is not purchased, a waiver must be signed. 

Travel Documents 

• USA Citizens: A valid government passport is required.
• Passport: Must be valid for at least six months after October 16, 2027 (valid through at least April 16, 2028). Renew if necessary.
• Always confirm the most current requirements with official sources in your country of origin and/or your airline as your travel date approaches to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date information.

Health and Safety Regulations 

• Keep updated on health regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other health concerns, as they can evolve. 

Fitness Level Required 

• Tour Guest acknowledges that a moderate level of fitness is required for a comfortable journey in Morocco, as the Tour may include walking tours on cobblestone and uneven surfaces. If you are unable to walk on uneven surfaces, or if you are unable to walk 1-2 miles and require assistance, including a wheelchair or general support, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make special arrangements for an additional fee.

Baggage 

• Check with your airline for baggage size and weight regulations. 
• Bus allowance in Morocco is 1 large piece of luggage and one carry-on.

Responsibility 

Indemnification 

By signing this Booking Agreement, the Tour Guest agrees to hold harmless Sandy’s Sacred Journeys, LLC and Howard Caesar, Cary Travel Express, YA’LLA TOURS, USA, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Tour, including but not limited to:

1. Tour Guest’s Actions: Any act or omission by the Tour Guest including but not limited to negligence, failure to follow instructions, or breach of the terms of this  Booking Agreement. 
2. Travel Arrangements: Any issues related to travel arrangements, including but not limited to missed flights, delays, changes in itinerary, or cancellations caused by airlines, other transportation providers, or external factors beyond SSJ’s control.
3. Medical Emergencies: Any medical conditions or emergencies occurring during the Tour, including but not limited to inadequate medical facilities or services at certain destinations, and any costs related to medical treatment or evacuation. 
4. Force Majeure Events: Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond SSJ’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, war, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events. 
5. Travel Documents and Requirements: Any issues arising from the Tour Guest’s failure to secure necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas), comply with health or vaccination requirements, or adhere to any entry or exit regulations of the destinations included in the Tour. 
6. Travel Insurance: The Tour Guest’s decision not to purchase travel insurance or the choice of travel insurance coverage, including any related claims or issues with insurance policies. 

Limitation of Liability 

1. Scope of Liability: SSJ, Howard Caesar, Cary Travel Express, YA’LLA TOURS, USA and their respective affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress.
2. Independent Contractors: SSJ, YA’LLA TOURS, USA, and Cary Travel Express act solely as intermediaries for independent suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and other service providers. SSJ, YA’LLA TOURS, USA and Cary Travel Express shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of independent suppliers.  
3. Supplier Terms: All travel services and arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective independent contractors/suppliers. The Tour Guest agrees to abide by the terms and conditions specified by each independent supplier and understands that these terms may limit or exclude liability.  
4. Maximum Liability: The maximum liability of SSJ, Howard Caesar, Cary Travel Express, YA’LLA TOURS, USA and their affiliates shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Tour Guest for the Tour, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.  

No Modification of Terms 

Only an authorized representative of SSJ may alter, add to, or waive any term or condition of this Booking Agreement. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SSJ.  

Acknowledgment & Agreement 

By signing this Booking Agreement, the Tour Guest confirms they have read, understood,  and agree to all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
